Built the business ground up, managing P&L across 5 core functions with 650+ team members
- Branded Service Ecosystems: Launched ‘PaintCraft’ – an industry-first D2C painting marketplace. Architected the systems, processes & technology design. Brand identity, experience design, social media & digital marketing
- Retailing: Design, strategy, branding, roll out & operations – Franchise stores (FOFO) and Experience centers (COCO).
- Influencer management: Created the field organization to engage contractors and the OPUS ID – contractor app which scaled to 200K active monthly users
- Customer Success: Built the Customer Success team in charge of CRM, contact center operations, tracking NPS & satisfaction scores across touchpoints
- Digital Products: Set up the digital product management structure. Consumer website & app, B2B commerce portal & enterprise analytics
- Colour: Partnered with global & Indian design partners for ‘Colourcraft’ – A comprehensive colour system with 2000+ colours, including 200+ India Iconic
- Opus Assurance: Nation-wide roll out of a technology based 1 year service warranty on painting. Service design, tech integrations, field training & roll-out across 12,000 pin codes
