P&L responsibility across five core functions, leading a team of 650+ across HO and field. Scaled the business from zero to India’s third paint brand in eighteen months.

Set up the formal marketing function for a hundred-plus hospital network across India and Africa, alongside medical devices and retail. Led the shift to data-driven, digital-led customer acquisition — taking digital appointments to sixty percent of total bookings by end of tenure. Built the marketing organisation, brand architecture and category strategy from scratch.
General Manager — Brand, Innovation & Digital Experience
Asian Paints, Mumbai
Seventeen years across brand, lifestyle, innovation and digital. Led the interior emulsions portfolio that contributed forty-five percent of company revenues. Launched and built Nilaya (wallpapers, surfaces, designer collaborations including Sabyasachi) and Beautiful Homes (interior design services and content platform). Established the in-house design and editorial team. Drove the design-led innovation pipeline that delivered Colour Next, the Le Corbusier × Aspira collaboration, and Lab Nilaya.
